RETURNS
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help.
We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for a different size provided that such variation is available and is listed at the same price as originally purchased. In this case we will collect the product and deliver the requested product to you at no charge. We will cover the cost of courier for one exchange per purchase. If such variation is not immediately available, we will refund you with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of you logging the return.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
If you wish to return an item that is deemed as defective, we will cover the courier costs. For all other returns you will be responsible for covering your own courier costs.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of cancellation.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send us an email to info@burntsummer.co.za with your order number as the subject.
- Specify the reason for return or exchange. Please include your bank details should you want a refund.
- Our team will respond to you within 48 business hours.
- Burnt Summer will arrange a courier to collect your package.
- Send items back to us using the original packaging.
- You will be notified once items have been received and any further steps will be specified.
