Returns & Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help.

We offer returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

If you wish to return an item that is deemed as defective, we will cover the shipping costs. For all other returns you will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange an item, the cost of shipping to return the item will be added to the value of the new item being purchased. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send us an email to info@burntsummer.co.za with your order number as the subject
  2. Specify the reason for return or exchange 
  3. Our team will respond to you within 48 business hours
  4. Burnt Summer will arrange a courier to collect your package at a standard fee of R 125.00 
  5. Send items back to us using the original packaging
  6. You will be notified once items have been received and any further steps will be specified
